FAQs

What services do you offer?

We provide patient-centered care with a focus on substance use recovery and ongoing wellness. Core visit types include a new-patient initial consultation, follow-up office visits, telemedicine visits for established patients, and Suboxone visits that can be done in person or via telemedicine.

How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment from our website and, if you’re an established patient, you can also use the Spruce app for telemedicine. Look for the “Schedule your appointment” prompt on the homepage and the Spruce download link.

Do you offer telemedicine? How does it work?

Yes. Telemedicine visits are available for established patients and can be done from home or even on a lunch break using a smartphone or tablet. Download the free Spruce app and search for “New Spirit Health” to connect.

What are your appointment types and fees?

A new-patient initial consultation is listed at $120. Follow-up office visits, telemedicine visits for established patients, and Suboxone visits are listed at $90. Pricing on the site is informational and subject to change; please confirm at booking.

What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a government ID, a list of current medications, relevant medical records if available, and a payment method. If you’re planning a telemedicine visit, install the Spruce app beforehand and test your camera and microphone.
Do you provide Suboxone treatment?
Yes. Suboxone visits can be held in person or through telemedicine on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. Suboxone is a formulation of buprenorphine/naloxone used to treat opioid use disorder and can help control withdrawal and cravings as part of a comprehensive plan.
How does buprenorphine treatment help with opioid use disorder?
Buprenorphine acts on the same receptors as opioids but with a ceiling effect, helping reduce withdrawal and cravings with a lower risk of euphoria. It supports maintenance and stability when combined with counseling or support services. Your plan is personalized after an initial assessment.
Are counseling or support services part of treatment?
We encourage therapy and support alongside medication-assisted treatment. Counseling and support groups are important for long-term success and are typically introduced as you stabilize on medication.
Where are you located?
2266 South Dobson Road, Suite 200, Mesa, AZ 85202. You’ll also find a map link on our site’s Contact section for directions.
Do you accept walk-ins or is it by appointment only?
Visits are by appointment. Book through the website and use the Spruce app for established-patient telemedicine follow-ups.
How quickly can I be seen?
Availability varies, but telemedicine often creates more flexible scheduling options for established patients. If you don’t see a time that works online, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How do I prepare for a telemedicine visit?
Install the Spruce app, enable notifications, and ensure you have a quiet, private space with a stable internet connection. Have your medication list and any recent health updates ready to discuss.
What if I miss or need to reschedule my appointment?
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to another patient and find a new time for you. Policies may change; confirm the latest details when you book.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. We follow privacy and confidentiality standards. Telemedicine takes place through Spruce, which is designed for secure patient-provider communication.
How do I contact you?
